What are these questions for?

These questions help keep your account secure by adding an additional authentication layer if you ever forget your password and need to reset it.

In the future, other online College resources might also require the answer to your security questions in order to provide enhanced security and prevent unauthorized account access.

What type of questions should I use?

Choose questions that are easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess. Avoid questions that others may know about you such as your mother’s maiden name or child’s name. Some examples of effective security questions include:

What colour was my first bike?
What was my favourite toy as a child?
What is my first pet's name?
